Perfection Paralysis and the Role of Anxiety in the Creative Process

It has happened to all of us- we wait until the last minute to finish a project. Or more common, we never start a project that has been on our mind forever. It's a creative roller coaster ride that everyone has been on, but not everyone has gained control of. Yet. In this workshop, we will discuss:

• What it really means when we get stuck in a creative project, and the tools to both honor ourselves and power through.

• The connections between our chakra system and the creative process.

• Building your own strategy, using the wisdom of your body to navigate your personal creative roadblocks.

This 3 hour workshop is taught by Anna Lee, Creative Director of Workerby Studio and involves guided meditation, group discussions, and tangible solutions for tackling your creative hurdles.

Anna Lee is a Minnesota-based artist and designer with a heart for community and a mind for industry development for independent fashion and the arts. A lifelong connector, creator, and learner, she helps creatives expand their endeavors through workshops, mentorships, and creative guidance sessions. Workerby (pronounced worker-bee) encompasses all that Miss Lee does in one 800 square foot studio. It is there she balances client design work, Ruby3 hats, painting, develops new workshops for creatives, and collaborates with likeminded souls who share her vision for a life made better through creating new art together through Gray Matter Series and other ongoing projects.
